Order Information
Always free shipping
All of our shipping is free, regardless of framing choice, and delivery location. We work with our printing partners to maintain color consistency between every print and to help international orders arrive in a timely manner.
Depending on your delivery address, our printing partner will ship from one of their facilities in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, or Australia, so your prints arrive faster and safer.
Order tracking
Most of our orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 2 to 6 business days. Framed prints may take a few extra days depending on order amount.
Once shipped, unframed prints typically arrive within 2 to 3 days. Framed and canvas prints can take up to 7 days depending on your location.
A tracking number is provided for every order. During shipment, it's on its own journey and we don't have any control of when or where packages are. Please follow the tracking information for the most up-to-date status.
If you haven't received your prints within two weeks of shipment, please contact us.
No refunds for shipping delays. We can't guarantee exact delivery dates.

Please send a photo of the entire print and its damage.
If you ordered an unframed print and it is damaged, do not frame it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer express or expedited shipping?
At this time, no. Most orders arrive within two weeks from the time of purchase.
We work with our printing partners in North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia to deliver prints in a timely fashion.
Do you offer digital downloads?
No. We don’t send out any files.
How current are your maps?
Mass transit systems are always progressing and revising. We aim to stay on top of new stations and service changes, however, if you see a print that needs updating, contact us about official revisions.
As far as showing future lines and stations, our rule is if it’s under construction and announced to open within one or two years, it’ll be included on our prints.
Planned or proposed elements are not included. We aim to future proof our prints as much as possible, and within reason. No fantasy maps.
All maps, diagrams, and prints are designed from open sources.
What about past maps?
Yes, we have those! We “renovate” older maps for a crisp, modern print, and to best pair with our current maps.
Some are currently listed, and we do take requests, but only if there is enough information to complete a renovated map.
Why isn't this line on this map? When will this be added to this map?
Our concept is ‘form over function’ and we limit certain elements when a map becomes too much. Such as urban transit and regional transit systems. After all, we want it to look good framed and on your wall.
We separate such systems into their own print. For example, Paris Metro and RER, BART and MUNI, and U-bahn / S-bahn systems.
Bus routes and light rail lines are a secondary or tertiary consideration when designing our prints.
Can I alter, modify, or subtract anything?
No alterations or modifications.
Most of our prints are vertical/portrait in orientation. If you prefer a horizontal/landscape orientation, contact us and we can discuss accommodations.
Not all prints can switch orientations.
Watermark versus logo
All of our prints include our logo unless otherwise shown. Our logo is an intentional art element and balances the name or title on the print, as well as identifies our prints with pride.
None of our prints come with a watermark — a semi-transparent element — that obscures the main subject matter.
You have an Etsy store?
Our Etsy store was our first venture into selling transit prints to a worldwide audience.
We will continue our Etsy store for those who prefer to shop on that platform.
