Framing Options

All framed prints are meticulously prepared before shipment, arriving at your doorstep fully assembled and primed for immediate hanging. We use lightweight and shatter-resistant acrylic covers for durable protection and easy shipping instead of heavy and fragile glass covers.

Framing is available for our paper prints only.

Print Materials and Quality

Our paper prints are brightly giclée-printed on thick, durable 189 gsm matte paper, resulting in vivid, long-lasting artwork that adds an elegant touch to any space.
Our canvas wrapped prints are printed on high-quality thick canvas, with sturdy 1.25-inch sides supported by durable wood bars, and comes complete with mounting brackets for easy installation. We use fade-resistant inks to ensure long-lasting vibrancy and exceptional color retention over time.
Our dye sublimated metal prints are bright, durable, and perfect for outdoor decor. They feature 1/8-inch rounded corners, a 1.2 mm thickness, and float 3/4-inch off the wall. Sizes 20×30 and 24x36 inches use an inset frame with a cleat.
Processing and Shipping

Framing only available for US customers at this time.

We work with our printing partner to maintain color consistency between every print and to help international orders arrive in a timely manner.

Depending on your delivery address, our printing partner will ship from one of their facilities in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, or Japan — so your prints arrive faster and safer.

We don't have any control once your order is shipped, it's on its own journey. Please follow the tracking information for the most up-to-date status.

We do not guarantee delivery dates and no refunds for delayed shipments.

Keeping it Current

Mass transit is always growing and evolving, and we aim to keep our maps current and up-to-date. Product visuals may not reflect minor service changes, however, the actual print shipped to you will be current at the time of order.

We don't revise our prints to reflect temporary closings or re-routes.

For future lines and stations, if it’s under construction and announced to open within one to two years, it’ll be included on our prints. We aim to future proof our prints as much as possible.

Proposed services or stations are not included.

Damaged Print or Frame

Each print and frame is packaged for the roughest delivery adventure, however, if your print or frame is damaged in shipping, send a photo of the entire print and its damage. It will be replaced at no cost.

Do not frame your print if it is damaged.

Customer Service and Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for all costs of return shipping, and the print must be perfect condition.
